    Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, after you finish all customs and immigration procedures, please head to the exit gate and you’ll find our group representative. Then, you will be transferred to your hotel by a private vehicle.

    Enjoy a half day city tour of Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon. Wind your way to one of the most significant historical sites of the city, the Reunification Palace which is former Residence of the Indochina Governor-General and later of the President of the Republic of Southern Vietnam until the down fall on April 30, 1975. Take a stroll around the Palace and admire the amazing work of its architecture while learning from your guide the untold stories connected to great changes in Ho Chi Minh City’s history.

    A short drive or walk away is one of Saigon’s most historic landmarks, the Notre Dame Cathedral, a red brick edifice with twin spires, based on the original construction from Paris. Then head across the square to the Central Post Office, designed by the French architect, Gustav Eiffel, before he had risen to fame for the Eiffel Tower.

    Opt to wander along with the many tantalizing shops of Dong Khoi Street, once known as Rue Catinat, the boulevard where the high society flocked and shopped in colonial times.     After breakfast, depart for a 2-hour drive from downtown Ho Chi Minh City to Ben Tre province. Take in the lush surroundings of rice paddies and fruit farms alongside the highway as you leave behind the high-energy city.     Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi (by flight) (B,L,D)

    This morning, after breakfast, enjoy a half day tour of Cu Chi tunnels. Formerly known as “Saigon” before 1975, Ho Chi Minh City today is Vietnam’s commercial center that never sleeps. Although it’s a dynamic metropolis undergoing dramatic change, the city still retains the strong connection to its past through historical sites and French colonial monuments. Depart Ho Chi Minh City for 1.5-hour drive northwest to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, passing through urbanized areas and a typically lush southern Vietnamese countryside. Originally dug as a base to organize guerrilla-style actions against the French, the Cu Chi tunnels were expanded during the Indochina War to become an ingenious and incredible underground network to protect the Viet Cong guerrillas from the French air and ground sweeps. Tour the vast network of underground passageways to gain an insight into the tunnels’ history, life in the tunnels as well as the tenacity and resourcefulness of the Vietnamese during combat. Drive back to the town after exploring the tunnel complex.

    This afternoon, visit the War Remnants Museum which presents a partial yet vivid view of the American War through the Vietnamese’s eyes as it contains fascinating remnants and photographs of the past including US armored vehicles, artillery pieces, bombs, and infantry weapons.

    After breakfast, explore traditional crafts. The Red River Delta is rich in culture and traditional crafts, associated with wet rice civilizations. Each craft village has its products and secrets which have been passed down from generation to generation for centuries.

    Today, go on a 1-hour drive south of Hanoi to discover the hidden treasures of Vietnam's traditional craft villages. Our journey begins from a picturesque village, where the legendary conical hat has been meticulously handcrafted for generations. Wander through the winding, narrow streets of the lively village, offering an authentic glimpse into the sights and sounds of rural Northern life. Then, stop to visit the ancient communal house, a timeless symbol of the village's rich heritage. Through this immersive experience, you will meet a family that is well- known in the village for their exquisite conical hats and get to see every step of the process firsthand.

    Wind your way to a family-run incense-making business where the craft has been retained for generations. Have your camera for capturing the intricate process, which includes everything from harvesting bamboo shoots to molding and dying the sticks, which are typically dyed in vivid colors of red, a color that represents prosperity and joy. Engage with the locals to hear stories of their craft, and try your hand at rolling incense sticks alongside the artisans.

    After lunch, enjoy a city tour of Hanoi. Hanoi is famed for its thriving contemporary art scene and French architecture, visible by the many colonial building scattered throughout the city. While it is rapidly developing, the city has retained many of its traditional cultures and customs. Visit the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh, the nation’s founder and affectionately known to the Vietnamese as “Uncle Ho”. Make the first stop at the historic Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, an imposing monument built to serve as the final resting place of Uncle Ho. Continue walking through the beautiful botanical garden of the Presidential Palace to visit Uncle Ho’s humble house, built based on a rural Vietnamese stilt house with simple design in a tranquil setting, reflecting his simple, pure and noble lifestyle. Tour the One Pillar Pagoda, built in 1049 of wood on a single stone pillar, designed to resemble a lotus blossom, the symbol of purity. Wind your way to The Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. Home to an extensive collection of traditional costumes and artefacts from Vietnam’s 54 ethnic minority groups, the museum offers an engaging exploration of Vietnam’s multi-ethnic character and promotes socio-cultural diversity.

    Ha Long Bay Cruise (B,L,D)

    After breakfast, we’ll drive 2.5 hours from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, among the road we will enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, farmlands and red river delta. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1994, Ha Long Bay covers an area of 43,400 ha and includes over 1,600 islands and islets, most of which are uninhabited and untouched. Ha Long (literally “where the dragon descends into the sea” in Vietnamese) is world-renowned for its spectacular seascape of limestone pillars complemented by its biodiversity.

    Arrive at the Crown Legend Cruise check-in lounge. You will have time to refresh yourself after the long drive from Hanoi and wait for check-in. After taken to the Crown Legend Cruise, you will be checked-in. While enjoying welcome drinks, you will be introduced the itinerary and safety briefing by the cruise manager.

    You will have time to savor your delicious buffet lunch and enjoy the stunning views as the boat cruises towards the southeast of Ha Long Bay, passing the famous Fighting Roosters and Finger Islets. Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Luon Cave. Take your option either exploring the cave yourself on kayak or comfortably on bamboo boat rowed by the locals. Visit to Titov Island.

    Ha Long Bay to Siem Reap (by flight) (B,D)

    Warm up your day with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck with a breathtaking view as the sunrises on Ha Long Bay. Sunrise photo-hunting in the bay is once a lifetime experience; however, this activity is not mandatory and you can choose to stay in bed. Light breakfast is served at the restaurant for the early risers.

    Your next stop is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, one of the biggest caves in Ha Long Bay with beautiful stalactites. You will be surprised by the breathtaking panoramic view across the Bay once you exit the cave as well as the stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years which have taken on fascinating shapes.

    Back on board, you settle your bill, get ready to check-out and return to Tuan Chau Island. Before disembarkation, enjoy brunch which is served at the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.

    Angkor Wat, Banteay Srei, Banteay Samre Tour (B,L,D)

    After breakfast, enjoy a day tour of the Angkor discovery! Today, discover the wonders of Angkor complex and be amazed by some of the most beautiful masterpieces of the area. Transfer from your hotel to Angkor Wat, one of the modern wonders of the world. Inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992, Angkor Archaeological Park is one of the most culturally significant sites of Cambodia. It represents a fascinating period in early Khmer culture and showcases a powerful symbol of the country’s heritage. Originally constructed in the first half of the 12th Century by King Suryavarman II, this vast temple complex was dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu. Stroll through the intricate and astonishing bas-reliefs that represent hundreds of fine carvings of Apsara, Hindu mythology as well as key events in its narrative tradition.

    This afternoon, make your way to Siem Rea’s outskirts to visit Banteay Srei that translates to “the Citadel of the Women”. Originally constructed in the 10th Century and dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, this red sand-stone temple is one of Angkor’s most significant structures as its walls are decorated with elaborate carvings which have been remarkably well preserved. Drive back to downtown Siem Reap with the stop along the way at the Hindu temple of Banteay Samre, a structure often recognizable as a mini-Angkor Wat.

    Siem Reap to Bangkok (by flight) (B,D)

    After breakfast, visit Tonle Sap Lake (Chong Khneas floating village). The charming town of Siem Reap is defined by the Angkor Archaeological Park, a UNESCO listed site and Tonle Sap Lake where life is simple and slow with people living on the water, close to nature. Today, drive 20-25 minutes toward South of Siem Reap along scenic roads to the floating village of Chong Kneas on the great Tonle Sap, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. Stop along the way to capture the peaceful countryside scenery or interact with the locals to gain insight into the rural lifestyle. Then, embark on a local wooden boat and set out on a relaxing and insightful cruise exploring the floating villages where more than a thousand families live and make their living. Observe the floating schools, markets, police stations, and the traditional way of living. For the resident of the village, life on the water is the greatest traditional culture that should be preserved before the rapid development of modern society.

    Bangkok City Tour & Dinner Cruise (B,L,D)

    After breakfast, you'll have the opportunity to explore the Bangkok's most iconic attractions. These include Wat Pho, an ancient temple in the city that houses the Reclining Buddha and the First Thai Massage School; The Grand Palace, an architectural marvel that combines classical Thai design with influences from other civilizations; and finally, The Emerald Buddha, the most revered image of The Buddha in Thailand, which is actually made of Jade or Jasper and not Emerald.

    This afternoon, take a leisurely cruise down Thonburi's "klongs" (canals) in a traditional long- tailed boat to witness the local culture up close. The city was named "Venice of the East" because of its tranquil family houses and temples that line the canals, which you will have the opportunity to admire and photograph.

    Located on the western bank of the Chao Phraya River, across from the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, Wat Arun is a temple that has been around since the Ayutthaya era. It was heavily renovated in the nineteenth century under King Rama II's reign. If you want a breathtaking view of the river and cityscape, you can climb the steep stairs to the top of the central prang.

    For Temple visits, women should wear short/long-sleeved tops with full-length pants or knee-length skirts, while males should wear trousers and short/long-sleeved shirts. There are no sandals or flip-flops allowed.

    As the sun sets over the Chao Phraya River, embark on the Manohra Dinner Cruise for a gourmet dinner and a breathtaking view of Bangkok's illuminated landmarks.     Pattaya Tour & Alcazar Show (B,L,D)

    This morning after breakfast, you will be driven to Pattaya. Upon arrival, we will visit the Sanctuary of Truth, a magnificent wooden structure that blends elements of a temple and a castle, inspired by the Ayutthaya period and Buddhist and Hindu beliefs.

    Following this, you will have the opportunity to shop for precious stones at the Gems Factory, where you can find Thai souvenirs and more.

    Next, we will visit Wat Phra Yai, the temple of the White Big Buddha.

    After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up and transferred to the pier, where you will take a speedboat to Coral Island, also known as Koh Larn. The speedboat ride typically takes about 15-20 minutes. The island offers a day of leisure and adventure. You can choose to relax on the soft, white sand beaches or engage in various water sports. Optional activities include parasailing for a thrilling aerial view, water-skiing or jet-skiing for an adrenaline rush, and snorkeling or deep-sea diving to explore the vibrant marine life (fees apply). You can also opt to explore the island at your own pace.

    Lunch will be served at a local Thai restaurant on the island, offering a delightful culinary experience. After lunch, you will return to Pattaya mainland, which should take about 15-20 minutes by speedboat.

    In the afternoon, you will visit Nong Nooch Garden, renowned as the largest and most beautiful botanical garden in the city. Here, you will enjoy the famous Elephant & Cultural Show, a captivating display of Thai heritage and wildlife.

    The day concludes with a visit to Pattaya Viewpoint on Khao Phra Tamnak, where you can enjoy breathtaking nighttime views of the city and bay. After taking in the scenic vistas, you will return to your hotel for a relaxing evening.

Please read the Terms and conditions of travel and agree in the Booking form before submission, as your booking is subject to the terms listed below. A contract is entered into once your travel agent or Faith Holidays receives your signed booking form and deposit, and we accept and confirm the booking. Please note that travel arrangements are not confirmed until stated so in writing by Faith Holidays

Payment

A deposit of $750 per person is required to secure reservations, which will be applied to the price of the tour. Additional deposits may be required. The balance of the cost must be paid 90 days before you travel. Payments must be paid to the order of ‘Faith Holidays Inc.” If the final balance is not received on time Faith Holidays reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and cancellation charges may be applied. If you book your travel within 90 days of departure, the full amount must be paid at booking.

Alterations Made to the Scheduled Program

Our tours are planned in advance and changes may be unavoidable due to circumstances amounting to “Force Majeure” or similar reasons beyond our control, such as delays in departures on travel booking or closure of a hotel, strikes, riots, natural occurrences, decisions by State Government or Tourist Organizations altering the itinerary, the duration of time spend in a city or even omitting a city or part of the itinerary due to a local situation. In such cases we will offer comparable alternative arrangements. If any of the circumstances listed above occur during the course of the tour, we reserve the right to alter the schedule itinerary accordingly and no compensation will be paid.

We will make every reasonable effort to provide you with the booked tour arrangements but minor changes may occur. If they are significant we shall, if possible inform you or your travel agent before departure. In the event of such amendment being made, you will be liable for any cancellation/retention charges that may be levied for the previously booked service and for any costs incurred by Faith Holidays and their agents in attempting to secure any revised arrangements. Please note that Faith Holidays will not be liable to reimburse additional expenses undertaken by the client in preparation for the tour. These include and are not limited to international tickets, used mileage awards and fees, cost of visas, immunization etc.

Tour Prices

Tour prices are based on US dollars (Unless otherwise noted) and exchange rates in effect. They are subject to variation if there are increases due to governmental actions, additional taxes, exchange rates, increases in scheduled airfare or increases in fuel surcharges. Any increase in the original tour price will be notified to you at least 90 days before departure. If you make your booking within 90 days of departure surcharge will be included in your invoice. Faith holidays will absorb an amount equivalent to two percent of tour price. Any surcharge will not exceed 10 percent of the listed tour price. If you settle the final balance by the due date we will absorb any price increases after that due date. In return for this commitment, we are unable to make any refund or reduce any other costs should the value of the US dollar improve against the currencies used. For scheduled group departures, it may be necessary to re-cost your tour due to low number of participants. You will be contacted 90 days prior to your departure date and advised should a supplementary fee apply. If all group members accept the increased cost the tour will operate as scheduled. However, if the supplement is not accepted by you then you will be entitled to full refund of all monies paid or a transfer to another tour.

Our Responsibilities

Faith Holidays makes arrangements with airlines, hotels and other independent parties to provide you with the travel services you purchase. We do not own or operate any of the accommodations, transport or other facilities used in connection with our tours. We therefore cannot accept liability for negligence of the staff of these organizations. These parties are independent suppliers over whom we have no direct control. Faith holidays is not liable in the event of any failure by any person or company to render any transportation, accommodation or other travel service to be provided on the journeys, or for expenses incurred due to delays caused by weather, strikes, war, civil disturbances, natural disasters, flight delays, government actions, mechanical failures or any acts of God.

Faith Holidays cannot assume any responsibility for flight delays, cancellations or missed connections and is not liable for any expenses or consequences resulting therefrom, and such expenses shall be borne by the client. When you travel with an airline the Conditions of Carriage of that airline will apply. These conditions are subject to International Agreements and may limit or exclude liability.

The participant waives any claim against Faith Holidays for any damage to, or loss of, or injury to, or death of, due to any act, or negligence of any airlines, surface transportation companies, hotels or any person rendering any of the services or accommodations included. Faith Holidays cannot be held responsible for any claim, losses, damages for delay of baggage or other properties, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset and disappointments, distress or frustrations, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of any party providing services. We do take all responsible steps to insure that organizations providing service maintain standards, which are acceptable within the norm in each locality. The participant assumes the risks and understands that all travel has inherent risk that may result in injury or death and that participation in activities, including but not limited to driving, hiking, walking on uneven surfaces, riding on rough roads, rafting, boating, canoeing, riding in helicopters, on trains, in boats, swimming, surfing, horseback or camel riding, and any other activities. The information contained in this brochure has been compiled with all reasonable care, is accurate to best of knowledge and is given in good faith. Faith Holidays highly recommend you to purchase Travelers insurance to protect your travel investment. Without insurance in case of incident, you may have to pay out of pocket for medical evacuation, medical care or other large expenses.

All services are subject to the laws of the countries in which these services are rendered. Venue for all claims or disputes shall be exclusively in whose courts using NYC law, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Damage claims against Faith Holidays shall be limited to the value of the particular item in dispute and not for any incidental, consequential, or special damages. Faith Holidays assumes responsibility for representations it makes, but not for those made by others and including, but not limited to, any employee of Faith holidays or independent travel agent. Payment for reservations on any Faith Holidays travel arrangements shall constitute consent to all the provisions in the Booking Terms & Conditions published herein and is binding on all travel participants.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your travel arrangements, you must notify Faith Holidays in writing by letter, fax or email to Faith Holidays. Please note deposits are non-refundable. Please state the reason for cancellation as your reason for cancellation may be covered by insurance policy under their covered reasons. If notification of cancellation is received more than 90 days before departure you will only lose your deposit. For notification received within 90 days of departure, cancellation charges are as follows:

(Airline and Cruise Penalties not part of the above percentages. There is no exception to cancellation fees)

Cancellations received Fridays for tour departures that Weekend (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) will be treated as day of departure cancellation. We cannot give any allowance for meals, rooms, excursions, etc. not taken, when these are included in the price of the program.

Points to be Noted

  • All images in the brochures or advertisements are only for representation purpose.
  • All passengers need to be in possession of valid visas, confirmed air tickets and overseas travel insurance.
  • All Passengers joining the tours must travel to / from the hub city as per the itinerary, at their own expense.
  • All meals are preset, and a-la carte is not possible. Packed meals may be provided on certain days to keep up the schedule of the itinerary.
  • All damages caused to the hotel rooms/Coach/other amenities during the tour, shall be payable by the passengers. Faith Holidays Inc will not be liable for the same.
  • All Passengers must take extra care of their personal belongings while on the tour, every country of travel is prone to thefts and bag/purse snatching. Faith Holidays Inc will not be liable for any loss of belongings/baggage.
  • The tour cost does not include cost of airfare, visas and overseas medical insurance unless specified in each of the itineraries
  • The company will not be responsible or accept any liability for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or any irregularity, which may occur during the tour.
  • The company will not be responsible for any damage or irregularities due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
  • The right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services is reserved by the management of the company.
  • The Tour Manager, guide and the driver will provide the best service during the tour to enjoy the sites as per itinerary within the jurisdiction of each of the sites of visit.
  • The Management reserve the right to change a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. Tour Manager / Guide reserves the right to amend the itinerary.in the interest of the Tour.
  • The Management reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any departure, excursion advertised.
  • Refunds will not be provided for the unutilized part of the any services like meals, sightseeing, transfers, etc mentioned in the tour.

Remarks

  • Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour .
  • Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
  • Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally
